The site utilities must be displayed in this order:
- Site map (desirable)
- Contact us
- Help
- Search.
Benefits of conformance
- Users are able to locate the site utilities regardless of the site being visited.
- Reduces cognitive load for users (no relearning).
Risks of non-conformance
- Users will take longer to find site utilities if located in a different area of the page.
- Increases cognitive load for users.
