More information

Queensland Government agencies must follow the Australian Governments Open Access and Licensing Framework (AusGOAL) policy, position and guidelines when licensing information products. This framework makes it easy for people who use public sector information to understand the rights of use associated with the material.

When applied to a web page, AusGOAL licences are represented by a licence badge that contains a link to the Licence Deed.

The least restrictive licence is 'Attribution'. This licence allows the replication, distribution, display, performance and remixing of copyrighted work with the proviso that use is credited to the author.
