The Business capability reference model is a domain architecture model providing Queensland Government organisations with a basis to categorise their capabilities.

A capability represents the vertical slice through domains of People, Process, Information, Resources (which includes Technology).

Articulating capabilities enables impact assessments, understanding the maturity level across the organisation, and future uplift opportunities.
