Requirements

Departments must inform the public about the engagement objectives and how feedback will be used.
Departments must use technology to ensure community engagement is inclusive and accessible.
Departments must effectively manage and acknowledge feedback received through community engagement activities.
Departments must publish engagement findings.
Departments must protect the integrity of the community engagement process and the privacy, confidentiality, and safety of participants.

Departments must ensure all employees are aware of, understand and acknowledge their responsibilities and policy obligations when using ICT services, facilities and devices.

Use of TikTok application policy (Repealed)

The purpose of this policy is to help departments manage the risks associated with the TikTok application and provide consistency with the federal government policy.

Requirements

Agencies must ensure that the TikTok application is not installed on any government-owned device.

Artificial intelligence governance policy

Ensuring agency strategic planning for AI demonstrates a structured and consistent approach when evaluating AI solutions for transparency, accountability, and risk.

Requirements

Agencies must use a consistent and evidence-based process which incorporates an ethical framework to evaluate their transparency, accountability, and risk associated with the AI lifecycle.
Agencies must establish AI governance arrangements based on ISO 38507.
