Professional services

The Professional Services sub-category in General Goods and Services manages the whole-of-government professional services and legal services.

Legal Services is co-managed by Department of Housing and Public Works (DHPW) and Department of Justice (DoJ ) with HPW acting as the principal and DoJ as panel manager.

Common use supply arrangements

The Professional Services Preferred Supplier Panel (PSP) (GGS0111-24) comprises 10 categories and 29 subcategories of services and commenced 1 September 2025.

The Arrangement is in place until 31 August 2030 and has two extension options for one period of up to 4 years and 2 additional periods of up to 1 year each.

Maximum hourly rates (excluding GST) have been pre-negotiated with each supplier. Suppliers have committed to negotiating with eligible customers a volume discount as a percentage for projects over 200 hours.
