Employee Services
The Employee Services sub-category within General Goods and Services provides a range of employee-centric arrangements to support the financial, physical and mental wellbeing of Queensland Government employees and to assist in the Government in attracting and retaining employees by being an employer of choice.
Standing offer arrangements (SOAs)
The sub-category manages 3 whole-of-government arrangements for:
- Salary Packaging Administration Services – QGP0065-21
- Salary Packaging Novated Leasing Services – QGP0026-16
- Workplace Health Services arrangement – (Employee Assistance; Employee Health Services; Workplace Interventions; Early Intervention Program Services; and Vicarious Trauma and Related Services) – QGP0048-18
Each of these arrangements have a number of suppliers.

About the new Salary Packaging Administration Services SOA
The new Salary Packaging Administration Services SOA (QGP0065-21) commences on 1 April 2022 and replaces the previous SOA PTD0027-16. The Salary Packaging Administration Services suppliers are:

The Queensland Government strongly recommends that financial advice is obtained by employees prior to entering into or amending a salary packaging agreement.

Transitions
Employees who are currently using Salary Packaging Administration Services are able to apply to transition from one supplier to another at any time, with requests processed twice a year, on 1 April and 1 November, provided they do not have an outstanding:
- Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT) liability incurred prior to, or during, the transition period; and/or
- Bus Travel Benefit debt due to invalid travel incurred prior to, or during, the transition period.
To transition to:
- RemServ, complete the RemServ Transition Authority Form, or
- Smartsalary, complete the Smartsalary Transition Authority Form.
