Working for Queensland survey

The annual Working for Queensland survey supports public sector organisations to drive positive workplace change, create positive and respectful workplace environments, and enables employees to thrive and deliver to the Queensland community. It also supports our public service values and the Government’s commitment to providing better outcomes for Queenslanders through accountability, transparency and performance.

2025 survey

The 2025 survey will be conducted for four weeks from 1 September.

• Employees: complete the survey to have your say! Your responses will be collected anonymously. See Working for Queensland anonymity and confidentiality (government log in required).
• HR professionals:
  • Use the latest results to drive positive workforce change.
  • Promote the survey annually: the Working for Queensland communication toolkit is updated prior to the survey opening to assist agencies (government log in required).
