Cyber Hygiene Improvement Programs notifications
Understand how scanning and notification reporting can identify vulnerabilities and alert you to issues in your cyber security.
Cyber Hygiene Improvement Program (CHIPs) has a number of custom reports and notifications that inform you how to take preventative action and deal with vulnerabilities. We partner with the Australian Cyber Security Centre to ensure domains, IP addresses and contact details are correct and make these updates for all of Queensland Government.
CHIPs data is also available on the Cyber Security Unit Cyber Dashboard. The Cyber Dashboard is a centralised hub for monitoring and analysing your organisation's cybersecurity metrics.
You can reduce cyber risk and improve resilience to cyber-attacks with 3 custom reporting notifications. These proactive measures ensure timely alerts of vulnerabilities and cyber hygiene issues.
Quarterly CHIPs
Quarterly scans measure and report on the cyber posture and hygiene of government internet-facing systems and assets. These reports help network owners understand their vulnerabilities and guide cyber security improvement activities.
High-Priority Operational Tasking CHIPs (HOTCHIPs)
HOTCHIPs are targeted scans conducted during specific cyber security events. They provide timely, actionable threat intelligence to improve visibility and address vulnerabilities across the Australian economy.
Notifications of Indicators, Beaconing, Breach Lists and other Information Effecting Security (NIBBLIES)
NIBBLIES provide lightweight, organisation specific high level intelligence threats. This includes data from sources like Have I Been Pwned and other indicators, shared in a simple and actionable format.
