Summary

[Note: This document will be reviewed to reflect the Queensland Government’s procurement approach.] Tool 2 outlines sample clauses with specific wording referencing modern slavery (as reviewed by Crown Law) that can be inserted into agency templates and contract terms and conditions. This is part of the toolkit to support government buyers and suppliers to eliminate modern slavery and implement actions of the Eliminating modern slavery in government supply chains.
