Ethical Supplier Mandate
Summary
Appointment of the Tripartite Procurement Advisory Panel (the Panel) lapsed on 31 March 2025 while a compliance review is underway as part of the broader Queensland Procurement Policy (QPP) review. The updated Ethical Supplier Mandate 2024 and corrigendum that addresses procedures impacted by this change is published below.
The Ethical Supplier Mandate (the Mandate) applies to the procurement categories of General Goods and Services, Information and Communication Technology, Medical, Social Services and all future procurement categories under the Queensland Procurement Policy (QPP).
The Ethical Supplier Mandate (the Mandate) outlines how the Queensland Government manages instances where a supplier fails to uphold a policy, tender or contractual requirement.
