Guidelines: Ethical Supplier Mandate 2024
Summary
The Queensland Government will allow the current appointment of the Tripartite Procurement Advisory Panel to lapse on 31 March 2025 while a compliance review is underway as part of the broader Queensland Procurement Policy (QPP) review.
The Ethical Supplier Mandate (the Mandate) applies to the procurement categories of General Goods and Services, Information and Communication Technology, Medical, Social Services and all future procurement categories under the Queensland Procurement Policy (QPP).
This guidance is provided to assist in the application of the Ethical Supplier Mandate (the Mandate), approved by Executive Government for all agencies subject to the Queensland Procurement Policy 2023.
