The State Office plays a vital role in supporting the SES frontline regional staff and volunteers who work hard to keep our communities safe.

The State Office Organisational Arrangements Planning Workshop was a one day workshop which took place  on Wednesday 4 October 2023.

It introduced members to how the corporate functions will need to be realigned across directorates with a focus on delivering quality support to the frontline staff and  allowed the the opportunity to participate in the development of these directorates and provide their feedback and suggestions.

By the end of the workshop members had a clearer understanding of the SES State Office functional arrangements, the linkages with the QPS corporate services and the expectations moving forward.

Listen to  Organisational Change Manager Pierre Liebenberg and Acting Assistant Commissioner Brian Cox from the SES  speaking from the workshop.
