- Mental Health Check: You can start by taking a quick and easy mental health check to assess how you’re doing. This check is available for adults aged 18 years and over.
- Clinician Sessions: You can access up to 12 sessions with clinicians (clinical psychologists with trauma experience) free of charge. These sessions can be conducted via telehealth or face-to-face.
- No Referral Required: There’s no need for a GP referral or Medicare information.
