About the Digital Service Design Office

The Digital Service Design Office (DSDO) is a part of the Digital Capability Unit at TMR and was created to enhance the digital service design capability and maturity of the Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR).

The team provides the following products and services to projects, business areas and digital service owners at TMR:

  • Strategic guidance on digital service design practice.
  • Enterprise design resources for use by TMR staff and suppliers.
  • Advice and mentoring to individuals, teams and projects implementing design approaches and ways of working.
  • Delivery partnership leveraging the Digital Capability Partnership Agreement.

For advice or guidance on how to use the Digital service design playbook, TMR employees can contact the Digital Service Design Office via tmr_digital@tmr.qld.gov.au or book some time to chat with us.

Other Queensland government employees

If you would like to contribute to the playbook, contact the Digital Service Design Office by emailing tmr_digital@tmr.qld.gov.au. We are open to feedback and contributions from all agencies to improve the quality and diversity of content in the playbook.
