12. Office Accommodation Program
The Office Accommodation Program (OAP), administered by the Department of Housing, Local Government, Planning and Public Works (HLGPPW), is an annual program with a value of approximately $11.5 million. The purpose of the OAP is to fund office accommodation projects that deliver benefits to whole-of-government and individual agencies within a strategic planning framework.
Agencies may make submissions to HLGPPW for OAP funding for specific projects. Preference is given to those projects that incorporate a whole-of-government benefit. The form Request for office accommodation program funding contribution is included in this guideline as a supporting document for agencies' OAP submissions.
