QChat trial for Queensland local government and statutory bodies

QChat is available for trial use by Queensland’s local governments, statutory bodies, and government owned corporations. The trial allows these organisations to assess whether QChat is suitable for their needs.

Trial information

• Start date: As agreed upon by Department of Customer Services, Open Data and Small and Family Business and your organisation.
• Duration: 31 December with the possibility of extension.
• User limitation: Access is limited to 100 users during the trial.
• Data management: We will securely delete all data entered by your organisation at the end of the trial period.
• Assurance: Your organisation should conduct an assurance process to assess the risks and safety measures of using Generative AI in your operations. We can provide resources and templates.

Post trial

• Cost: Access to QChat may be subject to costs.
• Expansion: Your organisation can choose to expand QChat across the entire team.
