The Buyer Companion Guide aims to help Queensland government buyers understand and apply the Queensland Procurement Policy 2023 (QPP 2023) and the benefits of policy compliance. This will improve buyers’ understanding of the impacts of government procurement, leading to better policy application and advancement of the Queensland Government’s procurement approach. The Guide is designed to be read alongside the QPP 2023.
