Emergency procurement

The Queensland Procurement Policy 2023 (QPP 2023) requires accountable officers of agencies subject to the QPP 2023 to ensure that during declared emergencies, their agencies take account of the Procuring during an emergency guide.

The guide aims to support Queensland Government procurement officers and decision-makers to make rapid, informed and transparent procurement decisions consistent with the Government’s procurement approach, during an emergency.

Note: The guide will be reviewed to reflect the Queensland Government’s procurement approach.
