The Customer Online team sits within Queensland Shared Services, Queensland Government Customer and Digital Group.
Roles
The Customer Online team has nine employees made up of:
- Customer Online Manager
- Senior Customer Experience Officer
- Lead Content Designers
- Content Designers
- Senior Digital Products Officer
- Digital Graduate Software Developer.
Services
The team is responsible for managing and improving digital services provided for and promoted to Queensland Government employees via the For government website. Services include:
- Customer experience design
- Content design
- Information architectural design
- Form design
- Technical design.
For government website
For government (forgov.qld.gov.au) is the Queensland Government’s core employee digital offering. It complements the Queensland Government’s citizen (qld.gov.au) and business (business.qld.gov.au) digital offerings.
