About Google Analytics 4 360

Google Analytics 4 360 (GA4 360) is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports on website traffic. It is a powerful product that allow you and your team to extract actionable insights from your data.

Smart Service Queensland (SSQ) provides GA4 360 integration without charge to all Queensland Government agencies and statutory bodies. We look after the procurement, licensing requirements and vendor relationship. GA4 360 features

GA4 360 can be used for:

  • event-based tracking allowing for more detailed tracking of all interactions
  • reporting that offers valuable insights on customer journey and performance.

The premium enterprise version offered has added benefits:

  • Customisation and flexibility: Offers advanced options like custom dimensions, custom metrics, and expanded API access, allowing agencies to tailor analytics to their needs.
  • Cost and resource efficiency: A whole-of-government account enables multiple agencies to consolidate analytics tools, reducing costs and resource duplication.
  • Service and support: Includes service-level agreements for guaranteed data collection, reporting uptime, and higher processing limits, along with dedicated Google support and training.
  • Collaboration and sharing: Features that support secure cross-agencies collaboration and information sharing.

Google explains that the system 'helps you analyse visitor traffic and paint a complete picture of your audience and their needs, wherever they are along the path of a purchase'.

SSQ support model

Our support includes:

  • product enhancement
  • account management
  • first level support
  • knowledge sharing
  • issue rectification via collaboration with our support partner

SSQ does not offer:

  • agency reporting (or dashboards)
  • individual training programs (arrangements available through vendor at an additional cost).

Agency responsibilities include:

  • managing your own reporting requirements
  • seeking relevant external training materials and providers when needed
  • contributing to the Community of Practice to accumulate a collaborative knowledge base.
