Five distributed work centres (DWCs) are available:
Gold Coast (Helensvale)
The Gold Coast DWC is located on Level 1, M1 Connect Building, 120 Siganto Drive, Helensvale.
This DWC offers:
- separate tenancy in a high-quality building
- modern workspace
- activity zones providing a range of work settings
- meeting rooms, breakout spaces, collaboration areas and quiet rooms
- chill-out zone with kitchen, lunch area and lounge setting with TV
- quality audio-visual equipment
- premium amenities, restrooms and end of trip facilities (change rooms, showers, and secure bike storage).
Maximum usage is 4 days per week per person, bookings are essential.

Limited bookable car parking and street parking available.

Cannon Hill
The Cannon Hill DWC is located on Ground Floor, 18 Southgate Avenue, Cannon Hill.
This DWC offers:
- separate tenancy in a high-quality building
- a modern workspace
- activity zones providing a range of work settings
- electronic variable height workstations
- meeting rooms, collaboration areas, and quiet rooms
- quiet pods for total privacy for phone calls
- chill-out zone with kitchen and lunch area, lounge setting with TV
- audio-visual equipment
- end-of-trip facilities (change rooms, showers, secure bike storage).
Maximum usage is 4 days per week per person, bookings are essential.

The Logan DWC is located at the Springwood Mall, Fitzgerald Avenue, Springwood.
This DWC offers:

- meeting rooms, breakout spaces, collaboration areas, and quiet rooms
- chill-out zone with kitchen, lunch area, and lounge setting with TV
- quality audio-visual equipment
- convenient access to shopping, food and beverage and other services.
Maximum usage is 4 days per week per person, bookings are essential.

Located in the award-winning Mike Ahern Centre, Level 8, 12 First Avenue, Maroochydore.
This DWC offers:
- open plan fit out, premium top floor position
- meeting room, quiet room and informal collaboration space
- kitchen, lunchroom and access to the open-air rooftop balcony
- end-of-trip facilities include showers, change rooms and bicycle storage.
Maximum usage is 4 days per week per person, bookings are essential.
