The Strategic Management Network

The Strategic Management Network (SMN) is a voluntary, whole-of-government network formed to:

  • share information and learnings across government in relation to planning, performance management, reporting and related topics
  • enable knowledge transfer, build capability and promote better practice
  • network with one another—connect, support and learn
  • deliver smarter reporting and monitoring mechanisms
  • achieve better practice across government so we plan well, evidence performance, and inform decision-making.

Attendees

SMN is a voluntary, whole-of-government network. Officers of various levels and departments attend. New participants are welcome.

To share information and learnings across government in relation to planning, performance management, reporting and related topics.
