Respond to suspected child abuse
If you believe a child is in immediate danger or a life-threatening situation call Triple Zero (000).
If you are a Queensland Government employee and you suspect a child is experiencing harm, you can use the Child Protection Guide to help determine the right way to respond by:
- reporting your concerns to Child Safety
- referring a family to a family support service if they need help
- providing advice and information to the child or family when services aren't required.
