RIT - Bribie Island Emergency Services Expo

On Saturday 7 October the Reform Implementation Taskforce attended the Bribie Island Emergency Services Expo. A fantastic display of emergency services showcasing their capability and functions.

Hear from Minister for Police and Corrective Services and Minister for Fire and Emergency Services  the honourable Mark Ryan on how the  Disaster and Emergency Management reforms are tracking.

In addition to this please take the time to listen to some of our emergency services employees and volunteers and the passion they have for supporting  their communities.

The Queensland Government is delivering the largest change to the state’s disaster and emergency management system in years. This significant body of work will ensure emergency services personnel and volunteers are best placed to continue delivering a world-class response to Queenslanders.
