Summary

To set out employment screening requirements for persons engaged or proposed to be engaged to perform duties that the chief executive determines make a check of the person's criminal history relevant to a consideration of the person's suitability for the duties; or child-related duties. Also to set out risk management requirements to be implemented by employing entities performing child-related or child-associated duties.
