How can People Matters help my public sector career?

Leading and managing in the public sector requires a distinct set of skills to manage teams, foster collaboration and deliver meaningful outcomes. The People Matters program is specifically designed to meet these needs, providing participants with the opportunity to develop their leadership style, improve communication and strengthen team dynamics. There are three tailored options to suit different goals.

People Matters 3-day leadership program

Who's it for

New and aspiring leaders, levels A06 to A08.

The signature program is ideal for emerging and current leaders who want to build confidence, develop self-awareness, enhance their leadership capabilities and make a greater impact in their role.

Participants will gain

  • three days of training, delivered in-person or virtually
  • practical, scenario-based learning to prepare for real-world challenges
  • tools to improve decision-making and problem-solving
  • strategies to strengthen team relationships and collaboration
