Understand the benefits and legislative requirements of proactively managing your team members’ performance.

The Performance Conversations one-day extension module can either be added as an extra day to the three-day People Matters leadership program or completed separately as a one-day standalone program. Both are available live online and in-person.

The Performance Conversations program can also be delivered in-house to a cohort within your agency or other public sector organisation.

On completion of this course, you will gain:

• a deeper understanding of the responsibilities of a Queensland public sector leader
• skills to apply a strength-based approach to conducting performance conversations
• confidence to manage and have challenging conversations
• practical tools to lead with compassion and purpose
• the ability to collaboratively set goals with employees and understand the performance improvement process.
