If you want to save time and money running your business and guard against invoice scams and fraud, start using eInvoicing.
Queensland Shared Services (QSS) is running a pilot to use eInvoices within Queensland Government and is calling for suppliers to get involved by starting to use them.
eInvoicing is the new, standardised way to securely send and receive electronic invoices with customers. They are exchanged directly between supplier and buyer software using a secure network (no more emailing invoices).
Once a supplier sends an eInvoice, it automatically appears in the buyer’s accounting software ready to be checked, approved, and paid.
Find out more about the benefits and how to get involved in the eInvoicing pilot project.
