Our community is a platform for employees with an interest learning and sharing about application of human-centred design to improve Queensland Government service delivery to come together to share their expertise, learnings and resources.

- Knowledge and resource sharing: To provide a platform for members to share their knowledge and expertise in research and design, and to learn from the experiences of others.
- Skill development: To support the professional development of members by providing opportunities for learning and skills development in research and design.
- Collaboration: To facilitate collaboration among members and promote the exchange of ideas and best practices in research and design.
- Innovation: To promote innovation in research and design by encouraging members to explore new ideas and approaches.
- Quality improvement: To help improve the quality of research and design outputs in government by promoting best practices and standards.
- Community building: To foster a sense of community among members and provide a supportive network for individuals working in research and design within government.
