For government community of practice

The For government community of practice meets bi-monthly and brings together publishing partners to:

  • collectively find ways to improve content delivery
  • share success stories
  • provide updates on technical improvements
  • identify changing user needs
  • discuss challenges and solutions.

We aim to do this through agency presentations and information sharing by the For government team of content designers, technical leads, and customer experience specialists.

The CoP will assist in identifying For government’s future road map as the Customer Online team strive to deliver exceptional web content for Queensland Government employees.
