Design Authority (DA)
Purpose
The Design Authority (the Committee) will complement existing RIT governance structures and systems and act as the primary source of advice on RIT Program design issues. The Committee will serve as a mechanism for information sharing and critical collaboration between QFES, the QPS, the QRA and the RIT, with a particular focus on activities that impact future operations following implementation of reforms. This includes providing advice and guidance to the Taskforce Executive and RIT Steering Committee on:
- program design issues; challenges and risks
- the design, planning and implementation of transition and uplift programs
