Communications and Engagement Reference Group (CERG)
Purpose
The Communications and Engagement Reference Group is a cross-agency forum that provides communication and stakeholder engagement advice to enable the Taskforce to effectively coordinate the goals of the reform.

Outcomes
The Communications and Engagement Reference Group will:
- Share communication products for other agencies to distribute on their own communication channels, including but not limited to websites, social media channels, and the intranet,
- Share communication and stakeholder engagement plans to align strategic approach and ensure consistent messaging,
- Support solutions to any communications issues between the program and external bodies,
- Advise of issues in the broader environment that may impact the Taskforce’s success, and
- Monitor Taskforce progress.
