New Public Records Act 2023
The Records Management Challenge online training refers to the Public Records Act 2002. On 5 December 2024, this legislation was repealed and replaced by the Public Records Act 2023. While the records management advice contained within the Records Management Challenge training remains relevant, this training has not been updated at this time and any reference within the training to the Public Records Act 2002 should be read as reference to the new Public Records Act 2023.
